Any maintenance concerns on your list can be brought up at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Make sure the technician has access to all interior and exterior areas of the house to allow for a complete inspection of the house.

You can make your payments directly from your bank account or for a small fee with your debit or credit card.
You will have your deposits, monthly rent payments and other invoices directly in your bank account at no charge to you.
SEND YOUR RENT PAYMENTS.
You can make your payments the traditional way. Be sure to send the envelope a minimum of 7 business days before the day you want it to arrive. Only accept cashier’s checks and money orders. Don’t send cash!
